Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new mixed-use, 8-story project with the aim of building approximately 273 apartments priced for Seattle’s workforce. Sixty-eight (68) units are projected to be offered to those earning 70% of AMI and 205 units will be affordable for those earning 80-120% of AMI. The project will also include 2750 sg. ft. of commercial real estate and 24 parking spaces. The project is built in a walkable community next to light rail and mass transit.
