Brief Description: The Maddux is a two building project at the intersection of MLK and S McClellan St in the Mt. Baker neighborhood, 2 blocks from the light rail station. The project will create approximately 165 units between the two buildings for people earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income. A significant portion of the units will be family size units. The Maddux is part of a pilot program with the Department of Ecology to aide in funding and liability projection for urban brownfields.
