Brief Description: Beach Square is an approximate 165 unit project at the gateway to the Rainier Beach town center serving people who earn up to 60% of the Area Median Income. It will be the first new construction project on an identified “key site” within the Rainier Beach neighborhood plan. Beach Square will have a significant portion of family size units. In the ground floor of the building, the Rainier Valley Community Food Bank will relocate their offices there and also create a “Community Food Center”.
