Brief Description: This project is 158 units of affordable family housing in a transit-rich neighborhood across from Bailey Gatzert Elementary School. The building will house a child care and early learning center and serve residents between 30%-80% area median income. This project will have replacement housing for Yesler Terrace residents and the land is owned by the Seattle Housing Authority.
