Brief Description: This project proposes the construction of two residential towers built above a podium. The two towers will offer a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units. The podium will include possible office space, as well as a mix of services for the towers along with meeting rooms, a fitness area plus additional street-level retail and restaurant spaces. El Corazon & The Funhouse will take over their new home in the building once construction is complete.
