Brief Description: New construction of a Mixed-Use project. We are currently looking into the possibility of a tower on the site which would bring the number of units up to around 200 with 30 parking stalls. There is another development near the site with a proposed tower. The 75 ft. required separation may mean we are unable to develop a high rise on the site. We are discussing this with SDCI.
