Brief Description: The Equity Alliance of Washington and Catholic Housing Services, in partnership with the Rainier Beach Action Coalition, seek to develop a community-oriented project that includes affordable housing and commercial space. Elizabeth Thomas Homes will deliver much needed housing to working families at risk of displacement from Seattle. This development will be adjacent to the Rainier Beach Light Rail Station, and will contain approximately 120 units of affordable housing, targeting families between 50-60% of the Area Median Income as well as a ground floor plaza and retail space.
