Brief Description:  The project is situated in the heart of Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood. Partnering with the nonprofit, Georgetown Community Development Authority, SRM is seeking to develop two 7-story buildings with 52 studios, 120 1-bedroom units and 46 3-bedroom units for a total of 218 units up to 60% Area Median Income, and community commercial, workshop, as well as residential amenity spaces. The project aligns with the Georgetown master plan’s vision to activate the streets, provide affordable housing and community gathering opportunities.
