Brief Description: This project will provide 213 units of affordable housing to the Bitterlake neighborhood. This project will consist of two buildings that will serve formerly homeless seniors earning below 30% the area median income, and households earning below 60% the AMI, respectively. The ground floor commercial space will be operated by the Refugee Women’s Alliance as an early childhood education center.
